Since the first of September 1997, McBit NetWork & TroubleShooting BV io was founded in the Netherlands. The owner of this company, Mr. Bitõn Walstra, has quite an experience which covers a broad range of technical disciplines. Since December 1996 he was working in the Algarve, Portugal and in the beginning of January 1998 he moved to the Algarve.

In the beginning of September 1998 the headquarters of netbit   Network & Troubleshooting will be based in Faro, Portugal. You will find this city in the Southern province, Algarve. It's International Airport has a very important role for the Portuguese tourist industry. You will find in the Algarve one of the best golf courses and beaches of Europe. Half way 1999 we changed the name netbit   Network & Troubleshooting into bitnet   networks & troubleshooting to avoid problems with another company which had the same name here in Portugal. Now in March 2000 we changed the name again from bitnet   networks & troubleshooting into bit4net   networks & troubleshooting. Also the logo of the company was redesigned by the company harris4design. With this new change we can now use our name as Internet-domain. By the end of October 2004 bit4net will be move from Portugal and based in Bristol, UK.

The speciality of bit4net   networks & troubleshooting is consultancy, installing, troubleshooting and customizing computer networks. It can be Novell NetWare or Micro$oft Windows, large or small... Service contracts can be made for maintaining the whole network. If needed by remote connections.
